Team Coaching
Team effectiveness is the key to business growth, and yet stays an obstacle in most companies, in spite of having high performing individuals.
Neurate provides deep insights into each team member’s brain architecture and maps out areas of potential conflict and complementary thinking styles.
A custom programme is designed to resolve long-lasting problems to create high performing, collaborative teams. Team coaching, due to its complexity, is delivered by two coaches.
Team coaching process

Alignment with team lead and key stakeholders on purpose and scope of work, and an understanding of business context and culture and asks of the team. Data relevant to work is shared (organizational values, leadership frameworks, stakeholder feedback etc).

Calls with each team member to create a deeper understanding of individual strengths, and view on team and what needs change. This can involve psychometric debrief.

The data is analysis to uncover key strengths and areas of focus for the work. A team coaching programme is designed to best address it.

The first session involves setting up the foundations of the journey, sharing back the diagnosis and discussing it together and addressing core themes. The session can be in person or virtual. Team coaching is delivered by two coaches.

There should be at least one follow up session to ensure learnings have been addresses. A typical number of coaching sessions is 4 half days, however this is adjusted based on team needs.

A few months following the last session team members and stakeholders complete a questionnaire designed on the back of the initial assessment to evaluate progress.
