Team Coaching

Team Effectiveness: The Core of Business Growth Despite having high-performing individuals, team effectiveness remains a challenge for most companies.

Neurate provides deep insights into team members' brain architectures, mapping areas of potential conflict and complementary thinking styles.

A bespoke programme resolves persistent challenges to create high-performing, collaborative teams.

Team coaching process

  • Alignment with team lead and key stakeholders on purpose and scope of work, and an understanding of business context and culture and asks of the team. Data relevant to work is shared (organisational values, leadership frameworks, stakeholder feedback etc).

  • Calls with each team member to create a deeper understanding of individual strengths and views on team dynamics and required changes. This may include psychometric debriefs.

  • The data is analysed to uncover key strengths and areas of focus. A team coaching programme is designed to address these findings.

  • The first session establishes the journey's foundations, shares and discusses the diagnosis, and addresses core themes. Sessions can be in person or virtual.

  • There should be at least one follow-up session to ensure learnings have been addressed. A typical programme consists of four half-day coaching sessions, adjusted based on team needs.

  • A few months after the final session, team members and stakeholders complete a questionnaire, designed from the initial assessment, to evaluate progress.

Your brain is already extraordinary.
Your leadership should be too.
