Nik Kinley

Nik  is a London-based leadership and culture expert with over 35 years' experience. His varied background includes commercial roles, senior HR positions (with BP and Barclays), and consulting roles (with YSC and Accenture), as well as over a decade working in prisons as a forensic psychotherapist. He thus has the unique experience of having worked with royalty, CEOs, politicians, murderers and children. The list of leaders he has assessed and worked with includes the chair of national banks, heads of national security, private equity bosses, senior civil servants, and the leaders of children's care homes.

As a consultant, he has worked with over half of the top 20 FTSE companies, spent nearly a decade working across the Middle East and Asia, and has led change programmes in some of the world's biggest organisations. As an assessor, he has personally interviewed over 1,200 senior executives from across the world, primarily for CEO and C-Suite roles. And as a coach, he has worked with Chairs, CEOs and executive teams across industries and regions in organisations big and small, from founder-led portfolio companies to some of the world's largest multinationals.

He has published a series of books on leadership, many of which have been translated into multiple languages. He has been interviewed by leading media outlets such as The Economist and The FT, appeared as an expert on the BBC, and regularly lectures at IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Tim Bilton

Tim is a highly experienced Business and Executive Coach (AC) and a Certified Principal Business Psychologist (CPBP), known for his deep expertise and truly global perspective on leadership effectiveness and high-performance team development.With over 25 years of international experience, Tim blends the science of psychology with hands-on business acumen. He holds an MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University and has built his career across the US, Asia, and Europe. His professional journey spans senior roles in a global HR consultancy, leadership positions in Asia, in-house HR roles in the Netherlands, and, more recently, independent practice in the UK.

Tim believes that thriving in today’s complex and fast-paced business environment demands agility in leadership. As a coach, he is both supportive and constructively challenging—helping leaders grow by offering insightful perspectives and practical strategies. He brings a unique ability to apply the principles of Business Psychology to the real-world challenges faced by individuals, teams, and organisations. As an Accredited Coach Trainer, Tim is passionate about developing coaching cultures and enabling meaningful, sustainable change.

He not only trains others in coaching but also partners with leaders and teams to facilitate transformation through coaching and group work. A recognised expert in Executive Assessment, Tim has designed and led numerous Development Centres and conducted individual executive assessments, consistently providing accurate, insightful evaluations of leadership potential.
