3,5h conversational and development assessment. Involves understanding of career history, and aspirations and includes psychometric debrief. It’s a collaborative, pacey and transparent process.

The candidate and client get the same report containing key leadership strengths and development, assessment of fit for role and potential for progression along with development tips.

The candidate has a 1h feedback and coaching session to craft development plan based on assessment outcomes.
